Coaching & Mentoring for Inclusive Workplaces: SupportingNeurodiverse Employees to Thrive

Creating a truly inclusive workplace isn’t about asking neurodivergent employees to “fit

in”—it’s about adapting workplace environments to support their strengths and

ensuring they have the tools they need to thrive.

At NeuroThrive, we offer a specialist Coaching & Mentoring Service designed to help

employers create neuro-affirming workplaces where neurodiverse employees feel valued,

supported, and empowered. Through bespoke training, ongoing coaching, and practical

workplace strategies, we work with organisations to embed inclusivity at every level.

How Our Coaching and Mentoring Service Can Support Your Organisation

✅ Workplace Training & Development – We begin with a training questionnaire to

assess your team’s neurodiversity knowledge, workplace challenges, and specific

requirements. This helps us shape a tailored training program to meet your

organization’s needs.

✅ Bespoke or Ready-Made Training Options – After reviewing your responses, Tracy

and Julie will set up a Zoom consultation to explore your training goals. We can create

customized workshops or deliver one of our existing neurodiversity training sessions,

designed to improve workplace understanding and inclusion.

✅ Ongoing Coaching & Mentoring for Leaders & Teams – Training alone isn’t

enough—implementing neuro-affirming strategies requires ongoing support. We offer one-

on-one coaching and group mentoring sessions to help managers, HR teams, and

neurodiverse employees navigate challenges and embed long-term positive change.

✅ Supporting New & Existing Staff – We provide staff handouts, workplace guides,

and practical toolkits to help both new hires and existing employees understand

neurodiverse-friendly practices. These resources ensure that neurodiverse employees feel

confident, included, and supported in their roles.

✅ Workplace Strategy & Adjustments – We help employers implement reasonable

adjustments, flexible working solutions, and sensory-friendly environments, ensuring

that neurodivergent employees have the accommodations they need to perform at their best.
